Starting in June, City of Birmingham employees can establish care via telehealth visits this may be for chronic disease (High Blood Pressure, Diabetes) or acute illnesses (colds, allergies COVID testing) and to get the COVID vaccine free of charge at the Trussville location. If patients need in-office care they can be seen at the Brownstone Trussville location in person for blood work, urine, shots, and vaccinations
