Brownstone: Be Well Birmingham City Employee Clinic
Starting in June, City of Birmingham employees can establish care via telehealth visits and to get the COVID vaccine free of charge at the Trussville location. If patients need in-office care they can be seen at the Brownstone Trussville location in person for blood work, urine, shots, and vaccinations.

Onsite dispensing for non-controlled medications is currently allowed per latest review of pharmacy law but is always subject to a complete review based on the particulars of the formulary, health center staff composition and any changes to law.

Dr. Raven Roberts
About Dr. Raven
Raven Roberts is an American Academy of Nurse Practitioners board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from THE University of Alabama in 2017. She later went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing degree from Auburn University. Post graduation, she completed a primary care nurse practitioner residency with Samford University. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and The Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. As a nurse and nurse practitioner, Raven has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, including medical-surgical, urgent care, chronic pain management, and primary care. Raven is a native of MS, but has resided in the Birmingham area for the last 5 years. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family, graphic design, and music.

The telehealth and in-person visits are $0 to the employee
There are two locations one in Downtown Birmingham and the other in Trussville so the employees can come to either place for care in addition to telehealth visits. There is no copayment for either and care will be offered within 48 business hours of the request.
In this clinic, you will have access directly to the doctors/providers via phone/text/ and email which you usually do not have with your regular doctor. We are there for acute or chronic illnesses. We also offer weight loss visits.
In-person visits at the Trussville location are available as soon as June 14th. Downtown location in-person visits are starting July 6th

Yes, you can do telehealth visits however you may still need to come by the clinic (either location ) for blood work/ urine as needed.
